Abstract
Relates to SSI 2012/285, which makes provision for 6 modifications to a fish farm that may be carried out without the need to apply for planning permission. Also provides for prior notification to be given to the planning authority in all but one instance. This will enable it to apply conditions to minimise impact of the changes on sensitive landscapes and other vulnerable environmental features.
