Abstract

Details for requirements, test methods, evaluation of conformity, marking, technical documentation for monolithically formed box culverts of rectangular cross-section designed as a continuous element with a joint detail shaped to allow incorporation of sealing materials. These box culverts can be large or small and are used for creating a below ground void to convey or store materials.

This is a candidate harmonized European standard and fully takes into account the requirements of the European Commission mandate M/100, Products related to precast concrete. Supersedes BS EN 14844:2006+A1:2008. Amendment dated 30 April 2010 - Implementation of CEN amendment A1:2008. Amendment dated 31 January 2012 - Implementation of CEN amendment A2:2011.
