Abstract
Relates to the Construction Contracts (Scotland) Exclusion Order 2011 (SSI 2011/370), which excludes sub-contracts entered into by project companies in Private Finance Initiative (PFI) projects from the application of section 110(1A) of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996, as amended by Part 8 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009.
