Abstract
Presents the results of a scoping study looking into labelling schemes and test methodology, includes details of products covered in the identified labelling schemes, comparisons of existing emission-labelling schemes were made but are not provided in this report, development of an outline model for UK labelling scheme and creation of a tool outlining a potential scheme.
