Abstract

Relates to SSI 2011/136, which enables a range of microgeneration equipment to be installed on non-domestic buildings without being subject to the planning application process. The equipment permitted includes solar thermal panels; solar photovoltaic panels; pipework for ground source heat pumps; pipework for water source heat pumps; biomass boilers; and anaerobic digestion plant.
