Abstract
Relates to a suite of statutory instruments that, together with non-statutory guidance documents, set out the procedures which applicants for consent for nationally significant infrastructure projects will be required to follow before and after submitting an application to the Infrastructure Planning Commission under the Planning Act 2008, and the content of such applications.
