Abstract
Relates to the Hazardous waste (England and Wales) (amendment) regulations 2009. SI 2009/507, which makes amendments to SI 2005/894 in order to: (i) increase the qualifying limitation in regulation 30 from 200kg to 500kg in any period of twelve months and extend the scope of the exemption from the requirement to notify from specified premises to all premises within the qualifying limitation; and (ii) clarify certain provisions of SI 2005/894.
