Abstract

Notification of SI 2009/466 Building (amendment) regulations 2009, coming into effect 1 April 2009, which introduce a new competent person scheme operator, Capita Gas Registration and Ancillary Services Limited and organisational changes to the Electrical Contractors Association who will now operate under EC Certification Limited.
