Explanatory Memorandum
Abstract
Relates to the Town and country planning (appeals) (written representations procedure) (England) regulations 2009. SI 2009/452, which sets out the procedures to be followed where an appeal is to be determined on the basis of representations in writing. Also relates to the Town and country planning (general development procedure) (amendment) (England) order 2009. SI 2009/453, which makes amendments to SI 1995/419 in respect of definition of playing pitch for the purposes of consultation requirements before the grant of planning permission under article 10 of the GDPO.
History
SI 2009/453 revoked by SI 2010/2184, so explanatory memorandum no longer applies to this legislation.
