Abstract
Relates to building from around 1920 formed of three storeys: a ground floor shop, a dwelling on the first and second floors and a small rear cellar, with an external ground floor plan area of approximately 81m². The proposed building work includes a change of use of the ground floor from retail to residential accommodation, a first floor rear extension, and a loft conversion/rear roof extension. The council rejected the proposals as SAP 2005 calculations were not provided.
