Abstract
Appeal against a council's refusal to relax requirement H1 of the Building Regulations 2000 in relation to the capacity of a cesspool tank serving a campsite toilet block on the grounds that water saving devices had been fitted throughout the block, water pressure had been produced, water usage would be monitored by the site owners, and the alarm float level leaves two-thirds of its capacity spare.
