Abstract
Presents an introduction to the Sustainability Appraisal (SA) and Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA) of the Eco-Towns Programme, including an overview of the process and methodology, the initial scrutiny of bids received, and an outline of likely significant effects as part of the HRA.
