Details a study carried out with industry stakeholders on whether it is necessary to introduce a regulation, as allowed for within the Sustainable and Secure Buildings Act 2004 (SSBA), to create the role of appointed persons to improve compliance with the Building Regulations, or whether amendments to existing measures would achieve the desired improvement.
