Circular Letter
Gives information on Greenfield and Density Directions, as from 1 April 2007, Government Offices will no longer have to notify the Secretary of State of planning applications that previously fell within the scope of those Directions.
Contains: the Town and country planning (residential development on greenfield land) (England) direction 2007 and the Town and country planning (residential density) (London, South East England, South West England, East of England and Northamptonshire) direction 2007. Supersedes ODPM Circular 01/2005: Town and country planning (residential density) (London, south east England, south west England, east of England and Northamptonshire) direction 2005 (ODPM, 2005) and DETR Circular 08/2000: Town and country planning (residential development on greenfield land) (England) direction 2000 (DETR, 2000).
