Abstract
Relates to the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006. SI 2006/641. Provides updated procedural requirements and additional procedures in line with amendments to the water resources management regime in the amended Water Resources Act 1991 and the Water Act 2003.
