Companion to HC 912-I, which seeks to raise the profile of heritage and its wider value, hear the arguments from the heritage environment sector which claims to have been neglected, and identify ways of changing policy in such a way as to meet priorities of both Government and those actively involved in protecting and preserving heritage.
