Abstract
Investigates the parking system, suggesting that the current situation in London in which local authorities in London have control over parking enforcement rather than the police, should be rolled out across Britain. Also discusses the lessons learnt, stating that local authorities' parking enforcement administration must be improved to ensure that illegal parking practices are stamped out.
