Abstract
Continuing Requirements are a mechanism by which a verifier can impose conditions upon a warrant or the acceptance of a completion certificate to ensure that the purposes of any provision of the Building Regulations are not frustrated.

The Scottish Building Standards Agency has been re-integrated into the Scottish Government and has become part of a new directorate for the Built Environment which includes Planning and Architectural Policy. It is now known as Scottish Building Standards (SBS).
