Abstract
Gives details of recent amendments to Building Regulations legislation: 1) Building (Amendment) Regulations 2004 - which changes Building Regulations 2000 with schedule 1 having amendment to parts A and F and a new part C and amendment to regulations 2, 6 and 20A. 2) Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 details amendments to regulation 12a of the Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) Regulations 2000. 3) Introduces the new Approved Documents A and C and details amendments for Approved Document E.
