Abstract
Requires each end of a builders skip (or sides) to be marked as specified in the Schedules where any part of the skip is placed or deposited on any part of a road.

Made - 17th March 1986. Laid before Parliament - 15th April 1986. Coming into operation - 1st July 1986.
