Office building designed for Daiwa at 88 Wood Street, City of London. Building measures 24,300 sq ft and has varying storey heights with a maximum of 18 storeys. The building was built over a basement containing a functioning telephone exchange and Mailrail tunnels. Mainly glass and metal facades. Structure described by Richard Wright of Ove Arup & Partners.
